Beth Finegan Reynolds, LMSW, CLC
President, Instructor & Executive Coach

Beth Finegan Reynolds founded NRG Power Group to revolutionize the corporate training industry from the inside out. She and her team facilitate sales meetings and provide 1:1 coaching with financial advisors, entrepreneurs, sales people and executive managers. She is a highly-respected business executive, executive coach and Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator™ who connects with others through empathy and a healthy sense of humor that belies deep respect.

Beth has embraced executive coaching and training the ideal modality through which to accomplish her life’s true passion – creating positive learning experiences for professionals and cross-functional teams that result in greater personal awareness, effectiveness and accountability. Her desire to produce, compete and continually generate results shows up in the form of competitive triathlon racing.  

Beth has a unique professional history within the financial services industry. In 2009, she joined Lincoln Financial Distributors and quickly became a sales groundbreaker within the company where she was a Leader’s Club Level Sales Executive within the financial services industry representing high net worth financial advisors and their clientele within the Wall Street arena.

A natural teacher and communicator, Beth holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work from Catholic University and Adelphi University, respectively. After college, she volunteered a year of her time to work in a Phoenix crisis center through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Upon her return to New York, Beth changed direction and created, developed and eventually sold her own retail gourmet gift business. 

As a sales executive, learning event producer and relationship manager she has worked in New York with such organizations as Lincoln Financial Distributors, CMP Media, Animatic Media and the Make-A-Wish Foundation to achieve an impressive track record of increasing sales and profits in the financial services, technology publishing and not-for-profit industries.

Beth holds the following distinctions: Series 6 and 63, Master Certified Social Worker, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Long Term Care Specialist and Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator.
